Stenberg is a former concret production site lying 6 km off the city center of Tromsø. The buildt mass is a mixture of detached and semi detached five story complexes. The public program concists of a daycare center, one secondary and two primary schools, a small shopping mall, a gas station and Tromsøs ski resort.The site, with its strategic location, can establish a new connection between buildt structure and nature.
